I say late on Friday, and then in the evening on Saturday and Sunday. Because That is usually when most people are free, and it will be like a late night Friday thing that could be fun :D
 
Or we could have an event every day at the same time, except friday, which will be later than the others.
 
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday anytime from 12 PM to 4 AM.
