BSOD Dota2 Install

Ok, so the problem is essentially this: I open steam and begin to install DOTA2 on my laptop. Within a few moments my machine blue screens. I dont know what the problem is...I can upload the .dmp files if needed I suppose. I have no idea why downloading a game would cause problems, I am able to install CSS and other games.

Here are my laptop specs:
CPU: Intel core2 duo @ 2.20GHz
Memory 4GB DDR2
GPU: Nvidia 8800M GTS


If you need anything else let me know, these are just some broad specs for the laptop, I can get a full set of specs if you need them.

What does the BSOD say the cause of it is when it goes to it?

This should help you get a clue as to what is causing the problem. Download this program (it's safe) and run it. The program is called BlueScreenView and will display all dump files stored within your windows installation that you're booting from. This also has the option to browse other .dmp files from other partitions or drives as you just need to point it to the correct folder. Anyway run this program and see if you can get an idea as to what is causing it. It should list a driver, .sys file, etc. that is causing the crash. Either post your results here or start researching the file(s) responsible.
