ECs must:

- eGO rank
- Mature / like to have fun
- Schedule events and show up on time
- Coaching/leadership experience (outside of eGO) is a plus

Any special reason G's can't be the Competitive Team Captain?
I sort of understand why they can't be EC's.

Since eGs are admins in training they should be focusing on perfecting that aspect of their time with eGO. Once they have shown a level of maturity and responsibility we welcome them to take on further roles.

It probably would have been easier to get my O in the TF2 division, I guess I could have waited a week or so before switching XD

Competitive Team Captain

- eGO rank
- Find tournaments and competitions for eGO to participate in: Dota has a large quantity of tournaments, but until we practice to be at that level, we would need to stick to smaller tournaments, and scrim groups.
- Schedule matches / practices: I have been an EC before, and recognize the time commitment and scheduling necessary.
- Skill is not a factor here. The captain doesn't necessarily have to be the best player (or even play on the team for that matter)
- Welcome everyone into a team regardless of skill level (we will have multiple teams)
recently talking to sama about having multiple teams for that reason
