Congratulations Wize

Wize has earned this commendation by making wonderful contributions to both of these divisions. Most notably, he has lit a fire under the TF2 division in their time of need with his powerful speeches and indomitable will to better the division. The PSC also owes its thanks to Wize for his dedication to application processing and his knack for helping out new recruits who have trouble registering. Thank you so much for all you have done, Wize!
