CS:S Tournament

Hey I've been seeing all of these threads about making a scrim team and there's an upcoming 5 man tournament hosted by HG.

Info:

Tournament will take place this Saturday July 21st at 5pm EST
The Dead Line is July 18th for team formations.
Please remember you will need one sub

Post here if you are interested in playing, I'm looking for a team right now.


Also make sure you have all of the downloads of the maps for the tournament, I know most of you don't play competitive and therefore will not have these maps.

If you guys really want to see how good you are, put together a 5 man team and enter. Good luck to you if you enter, hope you get far.

Also on a side note, if anyone wants to get a server with me for 10 manning pm me on the forums.

Well I witnessed first hand why everyone is so negative about scrim teams. It seems people have a hard time with short-term commitments. Big African and I just got stood up by 4 fellow eGO members for the HG scrim tonight. This will be the last time that I volunteer for something like this - I could have done something more productive than just sit and wait for people who never showed... Thanks again!

Sorry you had a bad experience with the tourney, it isn't your fault that no one showed up. However, you should always be asking your teammates about their status.

I had fun playing in the tourney, we won the first round 16-13 and then we played a main team and lost 16-11.
