I think it would be pretty darn cool if we got a surf server i know alot of great maps and such, I would play on it alot and im sure alot other's would too.
If a server costs money i could possibly pitch in if money would be an issue.

It wouldn't work sadly, we already have trouble filling doomsday, its a good idea just not well thought through.

Custom maps disable the servers ability to have quickplay, so we keep away from them. Plus surf servers require a bunch of specific settings, and most surf servers I see are empty almost 24/7, so it would be like our old server all over again.

We doooo though! Have them on the event server! I come on them sometimes to help relieve some stress or just to have some fun. I'm sure if you ask an EC or myself we might be able to let you surf around for a bit.
