What?s with all the lag in the Foundry server?

It seems to be getting worse these days and I've seen several players leave mid game it was so bad. Noticed it happens as someone joins the server but that just might be my end. Starting to become more paranoid of spies than ever as I can?t tell if I just bumped into one or if its lag.

Oh, thought I was the only one getting lag. On all of the eGO servers my game will stutter and I will teleport back to the spot I was at a few seconds ago.

I have the same issue, it's like server had a bade case of hiccup

Hasn't happened too much for me but I've definitely realized it from time to time.

Was on it a few minutes ago and the lag just renders the game unplayable for me on Foundry... Never had this bad a problem anywhere else, the occasional hiccup from things like 2fort, but never THIS bad... It's like the entire server would freeze, except it was just me. My ping would shoot up to about 2-3 times its normal level and I couldn't move at all. I could look around with the mouse, but that was it.

you may want to check your internet connection the next time that happens. you're describing exactly what happens to me when my mbps drops.

All the eGO servers are kinda laggy for me ever since they switched to a new provider.

Well, foundry is known for it's lag problems. All the servers are hosted in the same area, yet my ping is usually 2-3 times higher on foundry, and I usually have a bit of lag on TF2 servers recently, but on foundry it's just nuts.

Foundry is with a different provider than the rest, but I agree it lags a lot more then the rest and has for a long time... :,(
