I just finished the Texas Bar Exam!! 3 days, 13 essays, 200 multiple choice questions, and 72 short answers covering constitutional law, criminal law (crimes, procedure, and evidence), civil procedure & evidence, torts, commercial paper, consumer law, wills, estate administration, trusts, real estate, oil and gas, corporations, partnerships, agency law, family law, community property, and guardianships. I am purging this information starting tonight. The liver is evil; it must be punished.

In other news, I will be moving next week. I may not be reachable for a little while once the moving begins. My wife will be angry if I play games before we're fully unpacked. I should be back up and running by the 6th, though.
 
awesome, see u in court... that is unless u get into a drunken brawl and the character and fitness committee denies ur application. or if your forum name doesnt match the name on ur bar exam o.O
 
Great job, mate! Congrats. :)

I have a friend who took the Bar as well, and it was one of the tougher things he'd done in his life. So have fun drinking, you deserve it haha.


As well, your signature is great, Sooner. Anything with pancakes is win, no matter what.

Wewo, hopefully, I'll never step foot in a court room. My plan is to do tax and estate planning. Too bad taxes weren't on the bar at all this year. Are you a member of the TX bar? If so, I'll look for you at CLE events.
