As discussed earlier in the division meeting we had, I am looking for a Team leader for a second eGO team which will be possibly taking part in various TWL/PCGN ladders. This person will be responsible for running this team and managing all the details that come with it such as –
- Schedules
- Team members
- Managing communication with Leagues.
- Structuring practices and training.
- Reporting back to me on progress etc.
This will be a secondary team therefore to avoid confusion all members recruited into this team will need to be approved by the primary Team leader. The objective of this team is to provide more members with scrim experience and take all the load of one team. As PCGN is currently restricted to 8 v 8’s and many members are not getting a chance to play, this team will strictly rotational while the primary team focuses on PCGN only
Before you apply, be very sure that you are up for the task as this requires considerable work and time. You will not only have to manage all the people for your team but also work with leagues, set and lead strats and be a leader overall. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for some leadership experience and understand the world of competitive BF3.
The following are the requirements –
1) Past history with eGO’s competitive team (Required)
2) Good Leadership skills (Required)
3) Good vocal skills and a mic (Basically don’t be a axeman
)
4) A good BF3 player who knows the game well (this will be determined by me in a one on one interview)
5) Strong skills around strat building and execution (Can be trained as well)
6) Good Organization skills.
7) Dedication to eGO and your team.
