Suggestion for event

Wasnt sure where to put this so I decided here. I wanted to suggest for an event Gun Game, its a pretty cool mod and might actually be fun. Every player starts out with same gun and as you get a kill you get switched to another untill someone has gotten a kill with all of then, and if you get knifed you got down in gun level.

We've done this in the past but for some reason we stopped playing. Hit meg up on the forums with your idea. I'm sure if enough people wanted this back we could get it going again. I for one support it coming back.

I think the main reason why we stopped doing our Gun Game event is due to the mod conflicting with all the DoD:S updates. Correct me if I am wrong on this one guys.

Reason i think we don't / got rid of it is because it conflicted with the realism mod on a few updates if i remember correctly. People like realism over GG so we kept realism of course

We've tried GunGame several times in the past with the same result. After 2-3 weeks, noone liked it anymore and got tired of it. People stopped showing up to the event and that's the end of that.

If there's enough people that's interested, we can discuss this again as nothing is ever "shut down" completely. I would hate to see the same result occur again though.

Gun Game should be a wild card event, not an event event. Or something where we have options and can vote for it so it happens once or twice a month, instead of once a week.

Could it be that the GG would serve as a surprise-event now and then, not regular? Like a cherry to the already awesome cake. (i'm hungry for sugar right now.)

Ahhh rad! I used to play in a modded server that had this exact "gun UP!" reward system in both dod 1.3 and source and it was a blast!
