Admin Training Updates

For quite some time now, you've all been promised that Jail Admin Classes would be available to you shortly. However, it has taken a longer time than excepted, but now that the Jail Admin Class Curriculum is almost finalized, we will again be hosting classes.

everyone knows the only medals/achievements i've ever cared for are the admin ones.
