TF2 Download Crash

Hey guys, I figured I'd post in here and see if anyone else is having any similar issue. I haven't played TF2 in many moons, and so I thought I'd download it to test out the new Mann vs Machine thing. I start downloading it, it's going good, and then my computer goes into hibernate at about 68% download. I tried to restart the download, and it doesn't do anything. Just hangs. After about 10 minutes of letting it sit to see if it would restart, I try to close my Steam page and it is completely locked up. Task Manager out of it, start it back up and it immediately locks up again. So I try this a couple times and eventually I'm able to get it to the point where it will let me delete the local content for TF2, so I can try to start the download over again from scratch. Well, it does the same lock-up but this time at 0% download and won't even let it start.

So I am here asking, has anyone experienced something similar to this and does anyone know how to fix it?

Don't let your computer hibernate.

Well, you might have to reinstall steam in your computer. Otherwise, go to your control panel, go into the programs list, and see if TF2 is somehow there. If it is uninstall it. If not, go to your steam library and completely wipe TF2. Since everything is stored in the steam cloud, you shouldn't lose anything. Basically, wipe every scape of existence of TF2 off your computer, then start over.

Or it could just be the MvM update messing everything up again.

Trying switching your download location. Perhaps the one you are trying to download from is experiencing too much traffic right now.
