What you can do is go to Gamestop and get a 20$ Steam wallet card and charge it into your Steam account. Bam! You get the game for 15$ and save the 5$ for a game sale and get something.

You go to gamestop and buy the steam wallet codes, then on the recite they hand you they highlight the code and you just enter it where it says to and boom it is in your steam wallet. Next you just add it to cart, then hit by with steam wallet funds ezpz
