For a whole month I will have no food unless it is organic vegetables and fruit put through a juicer. I just saw this documentary Fat, Sick, & About to die. Opened my eyes big time to taking care of your body. Who else wants to participate in this extreme life changing challenge?

implying i actually eat as it is. Anorexia ftw

PS: i only weigh about 125 lbs, 5' 7"

Read that wrong at first...., but I will eat nothing but organic, already going on a strict work out routine...brutal routine my boxing coach said I gotta do to cut and make weight lol.

I refuse to give up adequate food for a month.

Lemme just say, if you plan on going on a "liquid" diet, I strongly recommend you contact a doctor and nutritionist to help you though it. Because you body needs a lot of different things, and sometimes only fruit and vegetables are bad. I am just saying this because my grandfather, back in the day, lost almost 200 pounds on a liquid diet, however, he did it on his own, and after he was sick for close to a year because he had missed certain nutritional things.

I'm not trying to scare you or anything, I think your want to do this is great actually, but just make sure you are safe bro. Better safe then sorry, right?

My dad did the juice thing......now we have a juicer that doesn't get used and fridge filled with old vegetables

Ok so my mother is a personal fitness instructor. We are juicing for breakfast and lunch only and having dinner before 6pm every night. I even have to quite smoking! LOL oh boy day one is starting now. Just had the first juice and it filled me up. Looking forward to loosing a little bit of weight and getting really healthy! I am also gonna spin bike for an hour a day and start doing push ups and stuff like that again. In a month I will look SEXY LOL!

I saw that documentary and decided I was going to do it. I went out and bought a juicer, kale, celery, carrots, ginger, etc. My 30 day challenge laster a day and a half. HAHA! It was a nice try but I like food too much... I'm 6'5 250 lbs (of american steel and sex appeal) and I just turned 23. I am average build and in good health, however I do have to take 2 blood pressure pills everyday due to my stroke-level high blood pressure that is genetic. THANKS A LOT MOM! Anywho, I know I have to take better care of myself, it will come soon - I have started Hyrdrooxycut recently and have seen fairy good results with some minor exercise and higher water intake. If you are going to do the Juicer challenge I recommend a combination of carrot and a little ginger (about 1/2 inch piece) it tastes AWESOME. The ginger really helps break up any bad flavors. Also consider throwing in apple or pear slices with kale or other veggies to act as a natural sweetener. There is my $0.02.

I'm a deer hunter and love the meat. I archery, muzzleload, and modern rifle hunt every chance I get. (during season for the game and fish folks that are reading this).lol I have a farmer friend that I get a side of beef every now and then (2.50 a lb hanging weight!) and I love fish. I couldn't possibly consider a liquid diet but I admire your conviction! Good luck and let us know how much you lose and how you feel throughout.
