Even though this will probably spark a console vs PC thread I'll comment anyways.Personally I think it's a type of "different strokes for different folks" type of thing. In my eyes the Xbox is kind of a light version of the real thing but I fully understand not everyone has the knowledge, time, or money to build a capable gaming rig and that's where the Xbox shines. There is nothing wrong with playing on Xbox but for the full experience one should really play it on PC.

Valve box. That is all.

I'd just use a controller for PC.

Lets not turn into a flame war about consoles and PC. If people are gunna post, lets try and be unbiased here.

Anyways, me personally, I prefer PC over Xbox or other consoles. PC has items, custom maps, mods, and servers. It's like that with all games more or less on PC. I feel like consoles are just to restricted to play regularly.

Although I will say Super Mario Galaxy on the Wii was pretty fun.

Well valve seems to be putting more and more games onto xbox, like counter strike, and now TF2, probably going to be day of defeat next

How big is the TF2 community on Xbox Live? TF2 just doesn't seem like a game that could have stayed strong all these years without updates. The TF2 we know today is very different than the TF2 we had at launch.

TF2 has been on the xbox for so long, its riddled with exploits and hasn't had any updates/patches pretty much since it came out, the community for it is pretty much dead to my knowledge.

It doesn't have patches, because Valve knows that if they release updates for console versions of their games, XBL and PSN will want to charge money for them as DLC. Valve doesn't like that. On PCs however, they can do as they please.

Late, the console valve had been planning on making was scrapped or rather delayed for awhile of time.
At least from what I heard around Kotaku, but it's not like TF2 will be any good on the consoles. ;)

I used to play TF2 on the 360 all the time. I actually played pretty regularly until Valve released the last update for it, which added the ability for the host to add class limits,nothing like 15 Spies & the host is Pyro. Believe it or not there used to be quite a few regulars for games until dbags started modding the games in their favor...there's nothing like a sky-walking dustbowl defense, or Sentries hidden in rocks :crying:

The xbox version is a nice little throw back. In some cases its better then the PC version.

PC master race here, I laugh at your inferior console TF2. Plus I suck at joysticks, buttons, d-pads, and controllers in general. ;_;

Valve games weren't really built for a controller. You can't really get that twitch that you need with a joystick.

All I know is that:
I rule at that game.
People have nothing against me when I'm scout >:D
