my pc is stuttering

Title says it all. Ill explain how it happened, i was watching casino royale in my pc, i left it and my pc went into hibernate mode, so when i came back the movie started stuttering like crazy when i continued it. Anyone know how to fix this? is it my dvd drive? my video card? or just my pc?

it could be the dvd program not liking going to hibernate then coming back out of hibernate

another thing btw is that whenever im uploading music or installing a new game, it does the same thing
