I do not recommend this nade spot as it takes too long to setup. You can throw the smoke from T spawn shortly after you spawn so it's smoked before CTs can line up their prenades into double doors.

I think while this might be a useful tactic when doing major matches or scrims. Inside public servers this is pretty much useless unless you are doing a slow push to work out getting kills.
