CSGO - Rotation Server

I'm bummed that no one really ever plays on our CSGO Rotation server!

I love Office and Dust2 as much as anybody, but don't you ever like a bit more variety in your gaming? I know I do!

Anyway, I hope more people will think of gaming on our Rotation server since I'm here basically begging you to!

Servers don't magically "fill themselves". You should make the effort of filling them up yourself;

a) Invite your friends
b) Try to give i a friendly environment to the current players
c) If you get bored, move to spectator, don't leave the server.
d) Try to recruit some players, because the next day, the recruits will most likely play with you and filling up servers will be even easier!

I did this today with Office, and in about 1 hour, the server became full. After you get 4-5 people on the server, the rest will be easy.

Also, not true, rotation is full most of the time. People are just busy because school started again.

I don't have all the statistics, but I know for about the past week every time I go to play it's empty, and compared to our other two servers it's the dead one, that much is true.

Well, I was on pretty much all day and thanks to help from Cronus06 and some other guys joining in we ended up keeping the server filled enough to play most of the day!

btw, I usually game in the evening and night time.

Sit in the server, invite some friends on Steam saying "Hey I'm trying to start up 'x' server, come play with me!" Then once you have maybe 4 people in there you will start to get pubs coming in. If you are having trouble finding someone to help you start it, send a pm over steam or ventrillo to a leadership member to send out a message on the steam group to have people come and play.

Also recruiting is a good thing, but make sure not to push it.. some people just like to be a pub on pub servers, but at least they'll know that they were recognized for playing our servers often.

Me, Judge, and XxDoomxX always make an effort to stay in the server as long as possible to attract as many pubs as possible but the server is just really hard to fill right now. I'm gonna need the help of the eGO community to make CS:GO Dust2 as popular as our CSS Dust2 server (which is right now one of the best CSS Dust2 servers).

Whenever I see pubs in the server I always ask if they want to join eGO, don't make it sound like you're too pushy, you'll scare them away.

Now you'll find me on starting in the afternoon CST, so anyone who can be on near that time just make sure to be in steam, and ill send you a message or notification that the filling is beginning.

Who said filling ever had to stop at a time? Its 24/7.

I'm still trying to force myself in to enjoying CS:GO. For some reason I just don't like it as much as CS:S. When I do play though, I prefer the rotation server, it's just a shame it's never full.
