It's a new addition to Steam that allows less mainstream developers to post their games to build up a community around them through Steam. If gained enough reputation, the games have a chance to be brought onto Steam.

NEOTOKYO? is a first person shooter with a futuristic feel to it. The game, which is a Half-Life2 mod, takes place in Japan 20-30 years in the future.
