Diablo 3 Starcraft 2 and WoW Cata

Hey guys. I have a battle.net account with Diablo 3 Starcraft 2, and WoW upgraded all the way up to Cataclysm. That I can't sell because it violates ToS.

Don't quote me on this but selling a battle.net account is against battle.net ToS therefor I'm pretty sure it is against the rules on eGO forums. Can I get an eGO to verify?
