Weekly Reconnaissance

*Report For September 8th*

Intelligence reports Allied troop movements near the Polish border.
Expect a first-engagement near the town of dod_soviets_rc1.

Counter-Intelligence reports Axis troop movements near the Finnish border.
Expect a second-engagement near the town of dod_anemia.

-------------------------------------------------------------

After Action Report

While the Allies were not able to successfully take over the key town in their first offensive,
they severely depleted the enemy forces in the Axis counter-attack, thus forcing the Axis to surrender
the country of Poland and regroup.

The Axis mounted a surprise assault to the North, dropping in in typical Fallschirmj?ger fashion. The Allies,
perhaps caught off guard following a victory in Poland earlier that evening, were not able to recapture the
bridge lost in the initial Axis attack, thus severing important Allied supplies lines. This forced the Allies to
surrender control of the country of Finland.

Weekly Reconnaissance

*Report For September 15th*

Intelligence reports Axis troop movements near the Norwegian border.
Expect a first-engagement near the town of dod_colmar.

Counter-Intelligence reports Allies troop movements near the Italian border.
Expect a second-engagement near the town of dod_napoli_bc1.

-------------------------------------------------------------

After Action Report

The Axis powers during week 2 made plans in order to put further pressure on the already-thin
British supply lines. The first engagement started with a fast-paced assault by the Axis forces. Unfortunately
for the Axis, the attack fell apart in the first stages of the plan, followed up by an accurate and damaging
counter-attack by the Allies. With the Axis assault backfiring, the Axis forces were forced to retreat, thus
allowing the Allies to hold onto the country of Norway.

The Allies forces needed to capture Italy in order to gain a foothold South of the Alps, thus disrupting key Axis
petroleum supplies. The Allies, aware of the implications of a loss, hurriedly attacked the Axis positions, but
lacked the offensive "punch" to push past the initial landing zones. The Axis forces quickly reacted and were
to push the Allies back to the town outskirts. After regrouping, the Allies were soon met with a second Axis
counter-attack, led by new reinforcements. This saving grace for the Axis forces was enough to push the
invaders out of Italy completely.

Weekly Reconnaissance

*Report For September 29th*

Intelligence reports Allied troop movements near the Finnish border.
Expect a first-engagement near the town of dod_kalter_b5.

Counter-Intelligence reports Axis troop movements near the North African border.
Expect a second-engagement near the town of dod_ingot_b6.

-------------------------------------------------------------

After Action Report

The Allied forces began the offensive with a determined attack on the outskirts of Finaland,
a key country that the Allies had lost, just weeks ago. Despite having information on the surrounding area,
the Axis forces put up a staunch defense, but in a different location, throwing the Allied forces for a loop. The
Axis forces in the area successfully defended the territory, and drove the remaining Allied forces out of the
area with an agressive counter-attack. The Axis forces thus held the country of Finland.

With the recent victory in Finland, the Axis forces tried a maneuver to the South, attacking villages along the coast
of North Africa. The amphibious assault would have been impossible, but no task is too daunting for the elite German
paratroops. Dropping into the center of town near midnight, the Allied forces holding the town were taken by surprise.
Despite initially being able to fend off the attacks from the German invaders, the Allies had costly losses in their
expected counter-attack, resulting in insufficient forces for the miraculous 2nd Axis offensive, only hours later. Despite
gallant fighting and heroics, the Allies lost the precious coast of North Africa.
