Weapon Kill Count Race!

Just got my Strange Shotgun and Idol helped me reset my Strange Jag to 0. The race is on!

They're at 4 and 4 so far... any predictions on which will level first? Anyone ever done this sort of thing (with weapons of roughly equal power for the class)? Am I entirely mad? =)

I will take a guess that the jag will level quicker, and I think this is a really neat idea I would try it if I had more stranges ;p

i would say the shotgun, sence the jag isnt reallyfor killing

The Jag's level tracks sentry kills. The only engie melee strange that levels based on melee kills is the Southern Hospitality (according to the Wiki). If the Jag leveled based on melee kills then I agree it would be the Shotgun on top.

I'd guess sentry too in a vacuum, but I do a lot with the shotty. I'm guessing it'll be pretty close but we'll see. =)

27 on Shotty and 36 on Jag right now (+1 melee kill). Looks like Jamilo had a good hunch.

So here's a question ... what class do you think has two weapons that kill most equally? Maybe demo with bouncies and stickies?

But I think the medice would be the closest to equal. He has a very weak primary :/

Oh, that's just because certain medics (Jin, curly, Vinyl, lookin at you) overuse it.

My DR and knife stay pretty even, but it's not really a fair competition because I use Saharan Set a lot in pubs so the DR has an advantage =D

You got that right.

Me sticky is Server Clearing with 3936 kills whereas me bouncy is merely Rage-Inducing with 2388 kills. As a side note, me bottle is Somewhat Threatening with 83 kills.
