Last night I did a system restore on my computer and apparently it deleted the most recent patch on my copy of modern warfare 3 and now I cant play it online because my version of the game doesn't match theres. How can I force steam to re update my game?

I've tried validating the steam files to make it update and that didn't work... any help is appreciated!
