Well can anyone help me today i logged into steam and it said i have no friends and then i look in my libray and i only have microsoft flight and arma 2 free which i never downloaded either of those and my 500 dollars of games are all gone:/ No idea of what happend plz help?!

Call them or keep bugging them. That is the only way to do it, then. Make sure you have something to verify your account, like a CD key.

Lazycroc, I wish you the best of luck. You're going to have to keep bugging Valve like killer said. If you happen to have any CD keys for the games that were on your Steam account, that'll be helpful in confirming that your account was hacked and the games stolen (otherwise, a lazy customer rep from Valve won't help you beyond checking the account for any suspicious activity).
Another method they may use is to check for the credit card used to purchase games on the account. That's what I would do as the rep, trying to figure out or locate what happened. This will take time, unfortunately, but good luck nonetheless.

This doesn't really make sense. I didn't think you could remove games from your Steam account once they were purchased (unless they were all gifts). Are you sure the sort options aren't set to something funny in your library? As far as the friends disappearing part that seems weird. It's an expensive lesson to learn but this is why Steam Guard should always be on for your Steam account. I too once learned the hard way.
