Recruiting Donations

Hey All,

I am currently in need of recruiting donations for the months of [strike]November[/strike] and December, so those of you who want to give back but are not good at recruiting, this is a great way to do it. If you would like to pledge a donation for either of those months, please PM me to let me know. Preferences are 60 or 120 dollars on Steam, but if you have any games of any sort on steam that you don't need, I can put those to good use as well.

Why not make a "Chipin Fundraiser" and have people donate small sums? I think it's better this way, being less expensive for everyone and still contribute.

A nice idea, but I will need to research that before I am willing to use it. I am concerned about how that site makes their money, and privacy issues. For now, everything we do needs to be through Steam.

Yeah, well now it's obviously too late since the month has started, but maybe implement around mid/end of October, if you like it. If you don't like this tool, you can use PayPal's donation system which is more trustworthy than ChipIn, but due to the ability to make a goal and to show the progress.

Folks,

I have received some very generous donations as of late, so thank you to all who have donated. A list of donors can be found within the recruiting contest thread for nov-dec.

The recruiting program is still in need of donations of the following amounts over Steam:

If you would like to give more or less than the amounts above, I am more than happy to discuss alternatives. Also, if you have Steam games in your inventory that you have no use for, the recruiting program can put them to good use. A great way to give back to the community in a big way, especially if you want to help with recruiting but do not actually recruit much.
