Halloween Scrim Tournament (Oct 26-28)

Was very pleased that I got to play my scrims, because they were awesome! Did seem like after someone got a cap or two that the whole game is over though, because of the 50s for capping out, made ticks a little useless, but I guess that's something I'll have to get used to.

Overall though, the only real problem was getting the people to the games, once it got going, it was really fun. Really appreciate the time you guys put into this!

That is how scrim work, its not about the kills, don't get me wrong they are important, but the idea is to work together and go for the victory.

I like Dodgy's suggestion of having a tournament meeting to go over rules, procedure, etc. in advance. Can be done like our clan-wide meeting with qs posted in comments. As a team leader it was difficult to absorb and explain the rules to all the players, especially when not everyone was available at the same time.

I do as well, i think this will be sceduled before the next tournament.

There has to be be some kind of penalty issued to those that continually sign up for events and then don't show. I know that the tournament was held over the course of one weekend, and something may have caused you to miss the matches, but don't sign up for the sake of doing so without showing complete commitment. Too many put in their own time to make these events for us possible, the least you can do is show up and participate so that you can take part in the same fun that myself and all the others did while playing this tournament.
