Server changes upcoming

Yeah, I was in Dust last night and there were like 7 players tops and it was no fun. I mentioned in a previous thread about having a server with quake sounds and got negative feedback so I'm glad it finally came through. Great job to everyone in getting this going! I hope to see you all there.

As much as I would like GameMe enabled, I would have to vote no. It would have an unfair advantage to those that have to wait an entire round in other CS servers.

Cool idea. May Dusters will be disappointed, but that's the nature of the beast. As far as stats go on the DM, I think it would be slightly unfair to those who play on the regular servers. It is much easier and faster to rack up kills and points on a DM that many of the daily leader boards will be filled with DM players.

Perhaps a separate ranking for DM only would be better, but this may require additional costs and may not be worth it.

I've seen a lot of servers. We need stats but just for DM, if you have like 20 people fighting for top spot, then you have a good base. Then some guy from 900 wants to be in the top 50.. so he works on it for a long time. Its a good base earner.

You need more maps, dust 2 is not keeping people, its boring after a while. I say we have a bunch of maps, valve maps and some customs, like orange. I miss the orange tf2 server so i wanna see orange maps.

Also event idea for the server if you wanna fill it, get more nades like and have nades and knives.

So, more maps, stats just for dm and nades and knives. I have more just wanna play more.

Sounds great, i love deathmatch but i believe it would be best not to have stats so i dont have to worry about them being affected when im chillin

Losing a lot of players due to spawn camping with awps and para. But it keeps getting bigger too, slowly.

Once the server empties we will likely be restarting it so that it respects the random spawn points file I put on. That or we will increase the spawn protection time

Random spawn points people would like to see, if you can get it to work. Then longer spawns would work.
