As you move on to a larger commitment irl, especially with the forthcoming accompanying inherent pressures it can sometimes be easy to lose sight that greater productivity comes when one gives oneself adequate space to decompress. But enough of my longwindedness...

It has been quite the fun experience the last 3 years. I still remember when you were promoted to Advisor. You did great then and worked your way up to Council, and continued to run the DoD division in the right direction. Thank you for helping me out whenever I needed you and I wish you all the best.
