Merasmus yes, but I'm not completely sold on 2fort myself. There was mention of Gravelpit in the Teufort Reader page, as well as Skull Island. And being as Merasmus is "upset" (to put it loosely) at his castle being taken over by Ranger Doe, it could actually be a whole new map or even a DeGroot Keep one. But the last panel in the comic actually looks like one of the hallways from Mann Manor...
