These pictures were taken by Hitler's personal photographer, Hugo Jaeger. Hugo, because of his position in the Third Reich, was one of the few to use a color camera during the war. I always enjoy finding pictures like these and it still boggles my mind that something of this magnitude ever happened. Cool stuff! Nice to see WW2 related crap outside of DoD being posted.


Time Life has some great collections of photos from WW2.. I posted some of the London Blitz in Color about a year ago.
