AVG Disliking CS:S

Yesterday, Oct.26/2012 at 8:00 pm, my Counter Strike has faced a Viral Problem, which my AVG saw. It was working earlier that day, but now its acting up like my Starcraft 2 have. I've tried to reinstall it, or try to find a file which might have been corrupted, but I do not know if the file within CSS is acting up or my AVG is just accusing it having a Virus. Any Suggestions to this problem? (I use Windows Vista Computer)

What happens when you run CS:S? Does it give you an error?

What do you mean by AVG saw the problem? What did the message say from AVG?
