Laptop bad GPU?

So tonight I logged into GW2 and I was getting some splotchy horizontal lines and if I looked into the distance it was squares. I tried a driver roll back, reinstall of the driver and reinstall of an earlier driver. Shall I say the video card is about to go pffth?
