Headset problem

Anyone ever have a headset that feels great on your head, sounds awesome, has an excellent mic... but will give you these amazingly bad headaches if you wear them too long?

Been wearing these turtle beach earforce z2 headsets for a little over a month. Its gotten better, but they still happen.

Anyone else have these problems?

Headaches? No.. but it tends to make my scalp throb in a way if I wear it too long and don't shift its position

My old pair of Audio FX 5+1 used to do that, but then they broke/weren't completely compatible with windows 7. Bought a pair of Tritton ax180 last year and haven't had a problem with them since.

I use Sennheisers -- love them so much! Theyre made for DJs but work great for gaming! ~Crash

I use Logitech G330 and currently I don't have any complaint on it, actually I pretty much like it.

I bought a turtle Beach headset from walmart 2 weeks ago. they are big headset with a mic.

But i haven't have any headache issues with them.


Actually, I have the same exact headset! but no headaches what so ever.

It is most likey some people will have that problem, but others won't? lovely headset though and yes it is truly amazing one

I have a Logitech headset and I don't get headaches from it. If I put it up to full blast then yeah, that would most likely give you a headache. I put mine on 20% out of 100 for sound. And no headaches at all.

Go with Logitech. I have a Logitech G35 and I haven't ever had any comfort issues after extended periods of time.

Try a turtle beach man, there more comfortable, and maybe you think u have the size (Sliders) to long, sometimes headsets are suppose to be a little small and not perfectly on your head (Meaning dont make them so big where they fit perfect) Hope this helps

*Edit* Turtle beach you can level the bass volume, high to low, to nothing, also the sound is perfect. Atleast always was and is for me.

I had this EXACT problem when i bought my pair of turtle beaches Z2 as well. What i found the problem to be was the fact that they held onto my head to hard, squeezing my brain >.< . Make sure your headset is nice and snug, not to tight!

Somtimes you think there on perfect, but after a while your head tell's you they arent

Sometimes depending on the headset my ears get headaches if that makes sense. And i have to re position them constantly on my ears.
