Steam: "No internet games responded to the query"
Fresh install of Steam and Original Day of Defeat on new laptop (I don't think specs would be important?)
Server search doesn't find anything and reply's with "no internet games responded to the query" in game console.
Also cannot add IP's manually under the favorites tab. Responds with "Server not responding"
I went through Steam's network troubleshooter page:
1. Test Your Router - Connected directly to modem.
2. Troubleshoot all Firewalls -- Disabled firewall
3. Disable Background Applications - Don't have any listed.
4. Viruses, Trojans, Adware and Spyware- Disabled Microsoft Security Essentials and Microsoft Defender
5. Power Cycle Your Network Hardware- Tried many times.
6. Try Launching Steam using TCP - No luck
Not sure what else to try and got recommended here... help?

EDIT: Forgot to mention I also tried deleting contents of steam folder except the steamapps folder and steam.exe. Still no luck.
