[ MINOR FIXES ]

- GOTV relays now support up to 255 spectators per relay.
- Fixed a crash when connecting to a GOTV relay.
- Fixed tv_relaypassword.
- added GOTV viewer count to the scoreboard.
- Improved highlighting of selected player for spectator.
- Fixed call vote panel showing an uninitialized button in some cases

It sucks that it took them so long to add it and then fix it. This would have been very useful for the 1v1 tourney. On the other hand, at least they fixed it. Which is more than I can say for then hundreds of other bugs they have still yet to fix.

No kidding. Judge and I bothered with GOTV for a long time to try and get it setup for the tournament. It kept taking the instance password though.
