<div style="width: 500px; text-align: center" align="center">Today is a very important day in the United States. Many people are headed out to the polls to vote for both local and presidential elections. Obviously, with eGO policy, we aren't here to discuss all of the politics going on outside of gaming today. There is, however, a very important election in the Minecraft division.
Every month, the Minecraft division holds its own election process to have a mayor for the servers central town. The Gamma mayor has no special access within the MC server that gives him or her an advantage over other players, but has important responsibilities within the town.
The MC election process first starts with nomination. Members can nominate anyone in the server for the mayor position. The five players with the most nominations are added to the election ballot, and then voted on.
We are currently in the nomination phase, and looking to hear from the Minecraft community for who would make a great mayor. Nominations end tonight, so if you have a name in mind, take a few minutes and submit their name.
