Server Not Listed

Hello,

Fitmk just mentioned that the Avalanche server is not listed when you search for DOD servers. I have a similar problem when I wanted to find the Strand server once. I had to access it from my history page. This happened before too. I am not sure what is causing this. Maybe it is some glitch but if this is really true and happening then this is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. The frequent players who come on the servers often will still find them by searching history of favorites. But other players that are not as frequent will never see them. Have you ever had this problem before?

In your server browser do you have it so it won't list servers that are full?

I've had a similar issue with the CSS servers sometime ago. Didn't really do anything out of the ordinary to fix it (In no particular order), sometimes doing one or more of these repeatedly.

Restarted computer
Restarted Steam
Deleted BLOB files in steam folder(s)
waited a half-hour/hour or so

Also if I recall correctly I had checked the Steam forums for any details relating to it and saw a thread from a user with the same situation I had..can't remember what the mod's said on it though. =/

This happens to me every couple of months- and while it is annoying, it rarely lasts longer than an hour or so. I dont do anything in particular except go through the history tab- and later, POOF! all my favorites are right where I left 'em

I just searched for ego avalanche server. It is not listed anywhere. The last few days avalanche did not have a lot of traffic. This seems to be the main issue. I am not the only person who noticed it.

Yes this happened to me yesterday, could not find it, I passed it on.

All the servers are showing up again, it seems that it was still reading our old ip. A restart was all that was needed, let us know if you are still seeing this.
