So out of curiosity I was wondering what people used as the reticule for their weapon, and what is more effective. I have found in general that smaller reticules seem to work better, but I am more curious as to what you all have to say with regards to size, color, dynamic or not, etc.

Also - with regards to aiming - what do you find most accurate with the assault rifles? Single shot, burst, or full auto?

I use all the standard stuff. I did change my color cause I was tired of the same color of green lol. Now its the light colored blue :D Also known as Carolina blue hehe

Purple crosshair on cl_crosshairsize 6, or at least that's what my settings say. I used to use cl_crosshairscale 0 when it was around.

With aiming, bursting 2 shots is always the way to go.

I agree with spark, it's all about the double tap - especially with m4 and ak

Crosshair size is 2.
Mouse sensitivity is 2.85.
Color is purplish.
Two shot bursts at long range with AK, full auto at medium to short distance.
Three shot bursts at long range with m4, full auto at medium to short distance.
Only go full auto if you know how to not look at your reticle.

This is a great site with a list of all of the commands you'll need to perfect your CS:GO crosshair: http://www.dodbits.com/dods/index.p...e-commands/109-interesting-cs-go-player-cvars

^That's the crosshair I use for CS:GO and I just use a red default crosshair for CS:S.

I used white crosshairs, but that's just my preference. I usually use the AK-47, but on some days I'll use a FAMAS or a Krieg.
It's really about what suits you best though, I've seen people using every kind of weapon in their own way and style.
