Nicely said.
I for one try to get on during the day, but being a stay at home dad of a 4 year old and a 4 month old is pretty rough. Usually after 10pm (pacific) I am free, as my 4 month old goes to sleep. At that time I usually log on and see the eGO servers empty and everyone in different servers.
In the good old BC2 days, I could jump on at 11 or 12 at night and vent would be full of people playing, bullshitting, and having fun in eGO servers. There have been times I jump on vent recently and say "Hi" to no response. Everyone just stays quiet and keeps talking among themselves like I am muted. I actually had to ask "what server are you guys in?" 4 times till I got an answer. To me, its just not the same as it use to be.
If I remember correctly, towards the middle of BC2's run, eGO had the 5th (correct me if I'm wrong) ranked server in the world! With everyone chipping in and helping out, we can get the servers and recruits back up there.
If any of you are available to play after 10pm pacific, lets join a eGO server and get it filled! And if I can help at all during the day, I will!

Really? You have it thAt bad? lol jk mang kids can be hell..but no job!? dude ur on the pedestal.
But I believe its just this time of year, it will pick up with the breaks from work and school. Cant wait
I was in a car accident 2 years ago, I have 3 ruptured disc in my lower back, and those ruptured disc are putting hell on my sciatic nerves going to both of my legs. I am currently on Social Security Disability and TONS of Pain meds and muscle relaxers. Being told at the age of 30 that even with back surgery, there is a 99.9% chance that I will never work again is a huge disappointment!!!!
Being a stay at home dad is not my ideal job......its frustrating and wrecks havoc on my back at times. But these are the cards I was dealt, Id rather raise my kids then have someone else do it for me. Watching my 4 month old grow up is pretty amazing!
PS. I will be getting back surgery in the near future.

I try to stay positive, its what keeps me going.
All of this was the reason why I was away from the division for so long (about 2 years)

Lets get it done People!! HELP your Servers!! This Quote rings true to all who believe we " CAN " fill our Servers. Enough with the small talk.....either your in them or your not. Be it to help them get filled or to Idle and help them get started. I am still stuck in the days of BF2 and how servers were filled then....Dedication....an act or rite of dedicating to a divine being or to a sacred use.

Ahem. Just for the record, BC2 is still running and eGO's servers are currently ranked #6 and #16 in the world right this moment.

I still like BC2 & Vietnam pack, Better then BF3* Except when when Killer is my Tank Driver in BF3. Hey, we all know games come and go with the changing times. So shall BF3. BattleField 2 still has a following, so some games tend to last longer or out distance their brothers. This shall pass. Everybody needs to remember! Dont sweat the small stuff, Just Ride the tide. The Tide Ebbs and Flows twice in 24 hours. for you newest Ego members, be patient.. work hard and you will be noticed for a promotion. It takes time. Be polite, Be respectful, & Be fair... People, we're Battle Field Division. We are concerned with all BF games. Right now you hear us talking more about BF3, because, it aint doing so hot. BC2 is humming right along, we sweated that out too. If we had a BF2 server, we'd be watching it. Just cause we're not singing the praised of the servers that are doing good is because we're trying to get the ones that aren't working. Some of you are mad because "Leadership is not spending all their time starting servers". I got forty six (46) days on our servers from starting them, and that' just what gameMe recorded. Now quit trying to point fingers. If you want to play, play. If you want to bitch and bellyache, find the Chaplin.

Let me just clarify that almost every time that the "Lack of Leadership argument" has been discussed in ventrilo, the arguing members normally agree that you are part of the leadership that actually does their part.

I thought we all joined a gaming community to enjoy gaming, not whine and complain. We can't possibly expect the BF division to always be on top, we are going to have our ups and downs due to game releases. Members are going to come and go, therefore recruiting members has to be the priority. I don't expect this to last too long, remember there will be more Battlefield releases and with more releases comes more recruits. Instead of pointing fingers I think we need to have a good old fashion tourney and shoot it out. I for one didn't join eGO to complain about servers, I joined to have fun gaming with fellow members, and take the occasional dog tags. Stick to our roots gentlemen, and our division will live on.

In reply to the most recent posts, I'm not here to point fingers or whine/complain. All in all I just want the division to survive and pull through this time, which is a common goal. Simply, we must unite to do so. I like the progress I've seen in server filling the past few days, now let's transfer that to recruiting.
