I think the meta is being tweaked already at a competitive level.
Korean teams have the right idea swapping their ad carry/support into a 2v1 lane to down a tower first, then swap lanes again and down that tower. They are using the AD carry to achieve map dominance.
Most AP carries will still be closest to their blue buff. So unless camps are moved or spawn in random locations they will still be mid.
As far as jungling goes I'm not so sure we'll see a greater variety like Riot is hoping for. They are trying to prevent early pressure by giving creeps more damage. They are also giving the jungler more gold per camp, further enticing them to stay in the jungle and farm, but this creates stale gameplay and competitive teams don't want their enemy farming peacefully. You will still see the same old champions like Maokai/Lee Sin just because of their gank potential and that won't change no matter how hard it is to jungle. CC still determines your jungler.
My official position, no meta changes nor greater jungler variety in the upcoming season.(Aside from lane swapping)
