game messed up

so i start dods up this morning and well check pics out


this constantly spams in console

ingame

and when i die

ive even restarted steam but still same :/ anyone got any ideas

Try verifying the integrity of your game cache, You can do this by right clicking the game in your library and going to properties, then Local Files, then click verify integrity of game cache.

This is something recent that plenty of players are dealing with right now, try this.
Options > Multiplayer > Advanced then uncheck the boxes that say "Film Grain Effect when dead/spectator"

And then you can add this command into your console in-game, or put it in your autoexec folder so that it will automatically enter it when you start the game up.

mat_hdr_level 0

This turns off the HDR. These problems will persist until Steam patches it, as these problems are on their end.

Ah, good info lung. I personally don't play DOD so I was not aware of this being a current issue.

1. Verify Game Cache (right-click game>Properties>Local Files)
2. Check your video drivers.
And if all else fails:
3. Reinstall the game.

Steam saves your preferences for a game, such as custom keybindings.
