Yeah, so you may have seen this on a few signatures around the eGO forums. Here's how YOU can do it!
You will need:

You will need:
- A GameTracker account
- GameTracker Lite installed and running
- Games
- Knowledge of how to edit your signature.
- Knowing how to copy-paste.
Alright, LET'S GO, LADIES!
Step 0
Be sure GameTracker Lite is set to start when Windows starts, that it starts minimized, and that all sound notifications are disabled.
Step 1
Log into GameTracker and go to your profile. It should look something like this:

Scroll down until you find this:
Step 3
Click "View Banners" and this will appear:
Customize your banner as much as you'd like and copy the BBCode into your signature. The result of the BBCode will look like:

Well how the hay does it do that!?
Through Gametracker Lite. What that does is recognize when a game launches and publishes that to your profile on GT and to the banner, so we can more efficiently stalk you and eat you. :3
Also, it recognizes Ventrilo and TeamSpeak, so if you open Ventrilo first, it will say you are on Ventrilo, even though you are playing CS:S, for example.
Couldn't I use XFire or Raptr to do this?
Yes you could, but GameTracker Lite is a much more lightweight program than either of those two.
