This is a recruitment challenge for all the BF members out there!
We need to get our division back on track,
So lets get down to business!

The event will be split into two different category's your overall recruitment total

and The Division’s weekly recruitment total there will be a winner every week

As well as being a winner for the overall winner!
Remember, recruiting is a good way to get you noticed!!!!

This weeks recruiting goal for the division is 10 members. Remember this the division's goal not a individual goal.

New members approved applications will be posted up in this thread and it will be every members responsibility to get in touch with the new member and get him involved in the division. Recruit, get noticed, get promoted!!!!


Rules:
~Only Recruits Into the BF division Count!
~Weeks starts at Monday and ends on Sunday.
~The recruit must recommend yourself in there application!
~You must post the URL to the application in this forum.

all you have to do is play on our servers and sqaud up with someone who you think will be a good fit for eGO. Either that person is a good team player or is abiding by the rules of our servers. Ask through squad or team chat whether that person is interested in joining edgegamers, if you get a yes, add that person on battlelog and give him/her the PSC link and guide them through the registration process. Give them some insight into eGO and the BF Division. Talk to them about our ranks and free admin as well. Give them our them our vent info and ask them to join you on vent so that you can introduce them to everyone and get them to hang out more with us. Its simple and easy, I will give you an example next time I see you online :)

Just communicate within your squad, ask non-associated squadmates if they're interested, point out the benefits (events [?], free admin, etc.). Then get them on the forums (like any other recruit), as well as Ventrilo.
 
Recruiting is key guys, we are in the process of redefining the BF division and we need your help to do that. Every recruit counts, these recruits will define the future of this division and will be key in determining how successful we are. It is my solemn request to please try getting atleast 1 recruit in a week, it only takes 5-10 mins but does a whole world of good to the division.

Yeah, I get all that. I'm just wondering how to add them, or communicate directly with them. :p

If I send them a PM on battlelog, will they get it as a chat message on origin?

Lmao, 5-10min killer? Cmon bud. Depends on the times you play. At night, it is very hard to recruit because of the older crowd. Thus how many recruits I have ;)

Not everyone has KILLER RECRUIT HAXORS lol
 
get out there guys, we need everyone to chip in here, Kudos to all who have helped out this month. Remember every recruit counts.
 
Common guys, last few days of novembers, lets make a final push to make our monthly goal.
 
And there we have it, due to some extraordinary work put in by Dinksta yesterday we have met our goal of 30 recruits in this month !!!!! While the goal may seem low, each of those recruits go a long way in establishing the future of this division. Those recruits help us fill servers, come hang out with us on vent and ensure that this division is the place to be in eGO. Thank you to everyone who made an effort to recruit, you make my job so much easier.
