Team Fortress 2 anime coming in 2013!

I knew this was fake, cause I've seen the latter half of those images on DeviantArt. :D
That artist fenoma also made two more screenshots (for some reason, I cannot find the second screenshot on its own, so here it is with the others that have been posted):
"The Sentry... It's!"
Compilation

In my quest to find these, I also found another one by another artist:
"Insane, Doc?"

Did people really expect English subtitles on an unreleased anime series? Or such advance notice of the opening song?

Leadership trolling spree is in full effect.

And in other news, this is just another one of my troll threads.

Why does the spy look diff in 2 pictures? And why does the scout wear wrap on his hand and his headset in one picture but not in the other? I think I'm going with Fraurrix on this one.

Obvious solution: Make our own.

If only we had some sort of.. drawing machine..

The first thing I thought when I read this was: What in the world kind of plot will this have? TF2 doesn't have a plot. At all.

FYI: TF2's plot is actually based off the classic Shakespearean play, Romeo and Juliet. A Red engineer (Renji) and an unnamed Blu pyro meet each other at a masquerade ball on CTF_2fort. The masquerade ball is only for members of the Blu family, but Renji decides to crash it even the two families don't get along. In the ensuing chaos, he and members of his posse not only cause a large fight, but also steal important Blu family documents (and also the heart of a young unnamed Blu pyro). This battle culminates as chronicled in CP_Dustbowl, where Renji is eventually banished forever after losing his heroic last stand for his freedom. but, Renjj's love is ever undetered. Casting off his family name, he becomes a Spectator and noclips back to secretly meet with the unnamed Blu pyro, and to marry her. (Sidenote: the eGO Event server sometimes doubles as a wedding chapel.)

However, as their love is still forbidden, they concoct a plan to fake their own suicides. They go to the master of deception and fake deaths, Bly the Blu Spy, who also happens to be the unnamed Blu pyro's cousin. Bly gives the unnamed Blu pyro with his Dead Ringer, and gives Renji a mysterious potion. They decide that in order for the plan to work, they would have to fake their deaths in a public place with all eyes on them. And so they decide to fake suicide on the CP of KOTH_Harvest.

The couple approaches the control point, resolved on their plan. As they reach their destination, the unnamed Blu pyro suggests to Renji that as a symbolic gesture of mutual trust and devotion, they would administer their own method of fake death to the other. On cue, members of both their families show up after receiving cryptic messages from each lover, and immediately begin arguing and posturing. However, one Red scout rushes straight to the capture point, bursts in on the couple and announces their presence to the whole map. However, as he sees Renji lifting the mysterious potion to the unnamed Blu pyro's lips, he lets out a guttural scream and rushes toward the couple. Just as he reaches the couple, he bares a cold glinting knife in a slight blue shimmer. And as he plunges the knife down toward Renji, he sees with horror the unnamed Blu pyro take a deep draught of the mysterious potion and simultaneously arm the Dead Ringer on Renji. Renji is already turning around to confront his attacker, when he suddenly sees himself disappear from view. Looking back up, he is shocked to see Bly, the Blu spy, fall at the unnamed Blu pyro's feet weeping and apologizing for his mistake. In horror, he sees the unname Blu pyro quickly lose health points and become very clearly and actually dead. With a visible anger that crackled in the air, Renji swings his wrench with all his might at Bly's face. But before the two can complete the conflict, they are pulled apart by their families. Red and Blu declare an end to their uneasy truce and would continue to fight each other endlessly (until a future unimaginable abomination would temporarily bring their forces together). To this day, engineers are still the sworn mortal enemies of spies, blaming each other for the tragedy. Spies still wear masks in honor of the covering Bly wore to hide the disfiguring scar Renji gave him. And engineers are still close partners in the fight against the ever present threat of the evil spy. The other classes were all present at the unnamed Blu pyro's funeral.

And that is the story of TF2.

If you read all of that, my God, you must be bored beyond belief. But, you deserve a brownie. I don't have any, but I sincerely hope you get one.. Ok. That's all.
