I am looking into getting a set of sub woofers and a radio for my jeep. Gonna get a touch screen radio, and thinking about 2 12" kicker solo barics l3 or l5. Any suggestions or recommendations?

I like kicker, In my suburban I ran 6 Cvr 15s Dvc , 2x battery's and a 250 amp alternator.... Its over kill. If you have the amps i would run the l5s, what amp are you going with? also stock alternator?

Really it depends how much $$$ you can spend.

Depends on your budget really. But when I get my car.. I'll be buying:

2 of these Kicker Solo Baric L7 2-ohm in a custom ported box

I'd recommend getting some new component speakers too unless you're already running non-factory speakers. I personally like the Alpine Type-R speakers. In high school I had their Type-S speakers before my car got totaled. My friend had the Type-R's. Kicker makes some pretty good component speakers as well. It's more what's in your budget and taste. Try to find some 2 or 3 way speakers that way you get some crisp mids and highs.

^ all of that was typed at while at work so I couldn't think, I apologize if it sounds like a big derp fest.
