The Villager

[Pinstripe]

Hey all,

So I am currently in school at a recording studio, studying to be an audio engineer. As part of my classes as well as in my free time I work on some beats with Reason, Logic Pro, and Ableton Live. I have them up on my myspace page. All but the latest songs were actually done on Garageband using Apple Loops, but the song "Logical" was completely composed by myself using Logic Pro 8.2. Here's the link:

Hope you enjoy it. If you want to know my set up just ask!

That is pretty cool! Reminds me of The Art of Noise featuring Max Headroom from the 80's.

I may be asking you for some help with Garage Band and mixing loops. I have a keyboard but am clueless about Garage Band. I would like to mix tracks like Daft Punk and Skrillex.

Good to see some producers in the house! Do you have a soundcloud Pinstripe? Either way that was a cool song, reminds me of playing Minecraft for some reason.
Also, ColSnders if I can make a suggestion. If you're serious about getting into music production look into learning about DAW's, digital audio workstations like Logic, Ableton, FL Studio things like that. It will help you out in the long run, I've seen some pretty great stuff on Garage Band but it does have its limits.
