Its going to be crap. Its one of those straight to DVD movies which usually means not a lot of thought was put into it. The last and only great video game movie was mortal Combat.

I hate to say it but any video game tie in movie that doesn't have Uwe Boll or Paul W. S. Anderson's name on it makes it already an infinitely better movie in every way. Don't even need to see it.

God only knows that Paul Anderson would have found a way to make the Nazi's secret weapon a clone army of his wife. He did fine when all he did was direct his video game to movie adaptions (aka Mortal Combat) but now he thinks he knows how to write and his idea of writing is to show off his wife as much as possible while writing my story to show off 3D instead of finding truly artistic ways to use 3D so people might actually enjoy it for the breakthrough it is.

I won't even get started with Uwe Boll.

P.S. Don't get me wrong I find Milla Jovovich very pleasing to the eyes. I just prefer to also have a good story with good cinematography when I watch my movies.

That movie looks terrible, not once did I see them using a fortified house to set up a field barracks! It didn't even look like someone was ordering them about or organizing them into control groups!

Ok, bad gaming jokes aside, RTS to film adaptation will be awkward at best. Right now it just looks like a generic WWII movie.

I could watch that, but I think instead I'm going to watch Band of Brothers, Saving Private Ryan, and WWII in HD.

(Just to clarify, I'm saying my jokes are bad, not Company of Heroes. Love that game!)
