Spawn times on bc2

Is there any way possible to get the respawn times lower like 5 sec or lil higher? I promise the server will fill fast and stay full

I assume you are talking about rush since Heavy Metal is already fast respawn. I changed the spawn time from 20 seconds (where it is now) to 10 seconds before but the server kept reverting back to the old setting. I finally remembered to change the server config on that server and now it should stay at 10 seconds on Rush.
