If you are talking about scrims, 5v5s , fps and snooch are hosting them (along with some other people) theres a group you can join on steam that tells you when they are about to start. ask fps or snooch for an invite.

Hey bud, welcome to eGO! Yes we do have a 10man server that we play 5v5 scrims on. Like sniper and dark said, you can just add any of us and we can get you an invite to the steam group. Also if you add me on steam I will make sure you get personal invitations if you are online.
