When: Saturday, December 22nd @ 3PM EST/8PM GMT
What: A Tournament. The player with the most points win.
Why is this important to you, the members of Edge-Gamers? Well, you can win some awesome prizes for just having fun!
This is a very special event that has not yet been attempted in the CS Division. This event will work on a point system. Points will be obtained, depending on the game mode, through finishing in first, second, third, and possibly fourth places throughout the event. Whoever claims the most points by the end of the event will be declared the winner of the event and receive some fun prizes. I encourage all of you to attend as this is not an event you will have a chance to attend for a while!
Points will work as follows:
1st: 5 points
2nd: 3 points
3rd: 1 point
4th*: 1 point
*4th place will not always be given if it cannot be fairly determined
Prizes:
1st Place: CS:S Contest Winner achievement, a copy of Dota 2, and Dedicated Supporter Lite for a week, hats included!
2nd place: CS:S Weekly Event Winner achievement, a copy of Dota 2, and Dedicated Supporter Lite for a week.
3rd place: CS:S Weekly Event Winner achievement and Dedicated Supporter Lite for a week.
